Refund of fees remitted online shall be considered only upon receipt of a written request addressed to the Registrar, University of Kerala, along with all relevant supporting documents, including a copy of the passbook of the bank account to which the refund is to be credited. Such requests shall be processed in accordance with the existing refund rules and regulations.
