1.1. The University of Kerala does not offer or sell physical or commercial products through this online payment portal.

1.2. The portal is intended exclusively for making online remittances towards various services, applications, registrations, examinations, certificates and other purposes of the University.

   2. Services and Remittance Purposes

2.1. The various services and purposes for which remittances may be made are listed in the online payment portal under the respective type of remittance. The complete list of services offered by the University is provided here.

2.2. The remittance purposes are maintained in the payment portal irrespective of whether the fee details for a particular purpose have been made available by the concerned section of the University.

2.3. Users may select the appropriate type of remittance and the relevant purpose from the options available in the portal.

   3. Pricing and Fee Information

3.1. The fee applicable to each service or purpose may vary from time to time in accordance with the orders, regulations, notifications or decisions of the University.

3.2. Upon selection of a particular purpose in the online payment portal, the applicable fee amount is automatically populated based on the fee details made available in the payment system by the concerned section of the University.

3.3. In case the concerned section has not yet provided the applicable fee details, the fee amount will be left blank. In such cases, the user shall ascertain the applicable fee from the concerned section and manually enter the fee amount before proceeding with the payment.

   4. Responsibility for Fee Details

4.1. The concerned section of the University is responsible for providing the applicable and updated fee details for its respective services and purposes.

4.2. The fee amount automatically populated in the payment portal is based on the fee information provided and authorized by the concerned section of the University.

   5. Revision of Fees

5.1. The applicable fee for a service or purpose may be revised from time to time by the University in accordance with the applicable orders, regulations, notifications or decisions.

5.2. Any revised fee details provided by the concerned section and updated in the payment system will be automatically reflected in the portal when the relevant purpose is selected.

Users are advised to carefully verify the selected type of remittance, purpose and the fee amount displayed in the payment portal before confirming the transaction. Users should ensure that the selected purpose corresponds to the service for which the remittance is intended.
